We designed, manufactured and installed the windows and doors for a new garden room at this property in Alderley Edge.
The windows and doors formed the rear aspect of the room and were designed by our in-house design team to achieve rich natural lighting within the space, whilst still maitaining excellent heat and noise reduction qualities.
A contemporary look and natural timber finish were recommended to the client, to create an smoother interface between the garden and building structure.
We recommended Planitherm glass on this project to give excellent thermal properties. Its advanced coating technology reflects radiated heat back into the room, rather than allowing it to escape through the windows.
By installing Planitherm we enabled the customer to have a warm environment despite accomodating a design with significant amounts of glazing.
